This is how it all started I had to call Samsung at the early stages of my new phone over a year ago for something called 'Sudden Death' that's right 'Sudden Death'! I woke up in the morning and my phone wouldn't switch on the blue light was flashing but nothing working, I took the battery out and replaced it again but this time there was no blue light and the phone wasn't corresponding at all. I called Samsung and they said that they will send a SAE for me to send the phone to them to have a look at. I did so and they said that it was repairable and they have reset it for me and downloaded the new version of software for me. It was after this repair that I can now recall the problems I'm having now! Also a few friends/family told me that this is not normal and I should contact Samsung. I can't be without a phone and I don%u2019t want another repair again for a phone that has been faulty from the beginning! My S3 has been over heating and hot to touch the screen and Home button while using the phone. It also locks up to where it can be up to 15 minutes before the screen will unlock to read messages or use the phone. When it locks up I can't use it at all nor shut it off. The overheating is the most damaging part as the heat is so bad that having it near my ear or face gives out so much heat that it%u2019s like a burning feeling. I have contacted Samsung again and their answer was for me send my phone back to them for them to have a look and repair it, in the mean time I would be without a phone again! I told them what would I do without a phone as I need this and their solution was to ask my provider to supply me with a loan phone to get by. My provider is not going to give me a loan phone! I have used all the original battery and chargers that came with the phone so there are no reasons for freezing over heating etc. Samsung S3 is a terrible phone and the problems mentioned are not the only things that are wrong with my phone. I would never have purchased Samsung phone if I thought I was going to have all these problems. I've never cursed a phone so much in my life! Samsung what are you prepared to do me to get this matter resolved ASAP. I%u2019m going on holiday mid of September and as you know the law now if the battery is not fully charged what will happen, I can%u2019t risk taking this crap phone with me abroad.
