Dear Concern,
At the onset I would like to Thank you, post your intervention the
customer support team has finally started looking into the matter.
I received a call from the CEO’s desk on 23rd April 2017 that I shall
be provided with a solution for the entire issue. However, post that I
have been sitting and waiting for a call back from them regarding a
solution.
Additionally, would like to bring into your kind notice about the
problems yet being faced by me.

Respected sir,
This side Tapu Biswas.
Main problem I am facing in this phone:
1. Incoming & Outgoing call time I am unable to get opposite side voice.
2. After using 10 -15 mints its being warm.(whole set too much heat)
3. Unable to catch - up any network.
4. Connecting the charger that time it is blinking.
5. Mobile fully shutdown it have 85% charge.

This is how it all started I had to call Samsung at the early stages of my new phone over a year ago for something called 'Sudden Death' that's right 'Sudden Death'! I woke up in the morning and my phone wouldn't switch on the blue light was flashing but nothing working, I took the battery out and replaced it again but this time there was no blue light and the phone wasn't corresponding at all.
